Yoga Training is perhaps the most comprehensive yoga training exercise. It includes all the essential components of training such as strength, endurance, and flexibility. This yoga form is named after the person who designed it.Yoga Training is the only form of yoga that is practiced in a heated environment. This ensures detoxification of the body, which results from excessive sweating.

As part of the teacher training program students are required to conduct beginner’s level ‘community classes under the supervision of fully qualified instructors. In true yogic spirit, the profits from these classes are donated to charity.

Unique also to our course is that trainees receive their first experience of teaching the public by the end of the second week and, by the end of the course, have been involved in teaching at least 12 hours of open public classes.

Committed students are also invited to assist with the senior teachers’ classes from time to time. This offers valuable exposure to teaching methodologies including adjustments, corrections and the use of yoga props, and important insights into how students might conduct their own classes.
